▶ Horiba 社의 HT-110은 제약용수 생산에 사용되는 TOC(Total Organic Carbon) 분석기입니다. 측정 원리는 UV 산화 및 전도도 차이 측정에 기초합니다.

▶ 연속 온라인 TOC 분석기인 HT-110은 정제수(PW), 주입수(WFI) 및 고순도 수(HPW)의 총 유기탄소 측정에 적합합니다.

▶ 이 장치는 USP 643에 따라 작동하며, 제약 및 반도체 제조에 적용할 수 있습니다.

▶ GMP(Good Manufacturing Practice)에 따라 품질 관리를 수행하려면 TOC 농도 측정(TOC 농도 500ppbC 이하)이 필요합니다.

■ UV 산화 및 전도도 측정
이 방법은 시약 및 운반 가스가 필요하지 않습니다. WFI (Water For Injection) 영역과 같이 저농도에서 정확한 측정을 제공하고, 동시에 운영 비용을 절감합니다.

■ "Debubbler" 내장
생산 시스템의 버블은 종종 많은 계측기에서 불안정한 판독을 유발합니다. 내장된 "Debubbler" 는 공기의 영향을 제거하고 안정적인 측정을 보장합니다.
